Lexcom society of VSLLS (Vivekananda Institute of Law and Legal Studies) in collaboration with The Career Counselling, Training, Internship and Placement Cell of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) organises a two-day National Workshop on ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ’ to be conducted on May 7-8, 2021 (3:30 PM to 6:30 PM) on Zoom Platform.

Details of the Workshop

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC),2016 has been gaining great prominence and importance. The Code was intended to be a transformative piece of legislation.

It sought revolutionary and cultural transformation in the insolvency and bankruptcy landscape, by streamlining the entire bankruptcy & insolvency process and creating a comprehensive code for corporates and individuals. The subject matter of this workshop will be various aspects of the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code.
