The development of world today is because of the product of intelligence owned, practiced and shared by human beings since centuries. Rapid development in the fields of science, technology and culture led to the emergence of the concept of protecting rights over the creations of human beings.
The concept of Intellectual Property Rights thus received attention from all civilizations of the world and gradually got internationally recognised. With an objective to have in-depth deliberations on the issues and apprise the Academia, Lawyers, Researchers and Masters’ Students with the challenges in protecting IPRs, the Faculty of Law is organising Two Day Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights.
