Conditions of Publication
Exclusive Submission Policy
All submissions to the Journal should be original and should not be simultaneously considered by any other publication.
Indemnity for Liability
Submissions are accepted for publication on the condition that they do not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third parties and that the work does not contain any obscene, offensive, defamatory, or racially prejudiced material.
All submissions will be checked for plagiarism by the Editorial Board. Infringing, offensive or plagiarized submissions will be liable for rejection.
As a condition of publication, the authors grant the Journal an irrevocable, transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and distribute their submission(s) in all media including but not limited to print and any electronic services.
The licence is granted for the duration of the subsistence of the copyright including any extensions and/or renewals.
Open Access Statement
The Wisdom Crux is committed to open access for academic work. All the articles published in the Wisdom Crux are freely accessible immediately from the date of publication.
There are no author charges prior to publication and no charge for any reader for accessing and downloading our articles for their own personal use.
The Wisdom Crux strives to ensure a speedy and efficient review process. In pursuance of the same, we normally review and revert with comments to articles within 3 – 4 weeks. Authors should be prepared to make suitable changes to their articles as required by the Board of Editors before acceptance. All decisions made by the Board of Editors is final and may not be subject to additional review. We request all our authors to review our terms and conditions, before contacting us with any queries.
Wisdom Crux is a monthly journal which accepts submissions on a rolling basis from external contributors. All submissions must be accompanied with a covering letter indicating the name of the author, title of the submission and the email address of the author.
The submissions will be reviewed and edited by the Editorial Board under the supervision of the Editor in Chief.

A publication in an international, indexed, ISSN approved, Double-Blind Reviewed and Referred Journal.
The author will receive a certificate of excellence from Wisdom Crux International Law Journal by Law Times Journal.
All participants will be provided with a certificate of Participation.
An unpaid publication
Wisdom Crux accepts submissions in the following categories:
Articles: 6,000-word minimum
Note: 4,000 – 6,000 words
Book Reviews: 2,000 – 4,000 words (only through solicitation)
All word limits are exclusive of footnotes and abstract. Submissions must necessarily contain an abstract of not more than 200 words.
The journal is flexible on the word count depending on the quality of the submission. Referencing and citations must be in conformity with The Harvard Bluebook style of citation, 19th edition.
The submission must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
The main text should be Font: Times New Roman and Font Size: 12.
The Footnotes should be in Font: Times New Roman and Font Size: 10.
A one line gap must be maintained between all paragraphs and headings (Line Spacing: 1.0).
All paragraphs must begin with a one-inch indent.
All hyperlinks must be in black colour and must not be underlined.
Authors must indicate their academic qualifications including the degrees completed and the name of the university/institution to which they are affiliated.
Co-authoring of papers among individuals of the same or different institutions is permissible. Maximum of co-authorship of two members are allowed.
