About the Speaker
The event will be graced by the presence of Professor Tarunabh Khaitan, Professor of Public Law and Legal Theory, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. Prof. Tarun Khaitan is also the Head of Research at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford, a Fellow at Mansfield College, and an Honorary Professorial Fellow at Melbourne Law School. He specialises in legal theory, constitutional studies, and discrimination law. Previously, he has also been the Vice Dean of the Oxford Law Faculty, an Australian Research Council Future Fellow at Melbourne Law School, and a Global Visiting Professor of Law at NYU Law School.
Every one who is associated with the legal fraternity or is a law student and has interests in legal field is eligible to join this webinar.

The webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform. Kindly note that entry to the Zoom platform is subject to registration only.

Attendees are requested to thoroughly read the research paper beforehand in order to have a lively and informative discussion. The Research Paper has been attached with the registration form and can be downloaded from the same.
