Lawctopus Law School & Civis are organizing a Free and Open webinar on the key highlights of NITI Aayog’s Policy Plan on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
All of us have heard about the government & judiciary’s efforts to promote ODR. Every now and then we see some news report or article featuring the developments in this space.
However, many of us are still not clear on what ODR really means.
As one of the primary stakeholders of any Dispute Resolution process, we must have a clear sense of the direction that ODR is going to take in India and about our role in it.
NITI Aayog released its draft report titled “Designing the Future of Dispute Resolution: The ODR Policy Plan for India“. This report lays down a comprehensive action plan for ODR.
We invite you to a join us for a panel discussion to discuss the key highlights of the report.
This webinar will help you answer a lot of questions that you may have around ODR.
