Contracts are an integral part of most transactions and effective negotiation skills contribute significantly to the success of such contracts.

About the Speaker

Mr Rohan Nadimpally is working as an Associate at Dasra, focusing on strategic philanthropy, and strategy and operations for non-profits. He is a 2016 graduate from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and has specialised in corporate law and international trade.

Prior to joining the development sector, Rohan worked as a Senior Associate in 2 of India’s Tier 1 Law Firms, with around 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing and legal advisory in the infrastructure sector.

Rohan is also a moot court enthusiast and often mentors participant teams and adjudicates competitions. While in college, he participated in some of the most globally renowned competitions including Willem C. Vis Vienna and ELSA.

He was also adjudged ‘Best Mooter Male’ at the Amity International Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law in 2012 and part of the team which won ‘Best Mediation Team’ and ‘Overall Runner’s Up’ at the Hong Kong International Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition in 2013.
