Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Law was established in the year 2009 under the umbrella of Vivekanand Education Society and since then we are continuously striving for quality and innovation in the field of education. It is an endeavour of the society to offer qualitative education in Law to contribute towards creating a competent workforce with requisite professional skills.
About VYC 2019
This Conclave is an Endeavour undertaken by V.E.S. College Of Law to mark the Decennial celebrations of its Inception. The conclave is first of many initiatives to be undertaken by V.E.S. College of Law towards educational enlightenment through the channels of constructive discussions and inclusiveness.
It aims towards the overall enhancement of policies and quality of education by empowering the voice of the youth through a platform to share their views and opinions on the catastrophes and dangers that plague the future horizons of our Mother Earth.
Theme: “ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION”
In this 21stcentury, living in a clean environment has become a challenge and even breathing clean air is impossible. The theme focuses on current Enviro-Legal issues faced not only by India but around the globe and encourage young aspiring legal minds to debate, discuss and find solutions for the same.
Tagline: “TREAT THE WORLD WITH HEART SO THE WORLD DOESN’T FALL APART”

This Conclave Boasts of a unique Amalgamation of Law and Literature comprising of some interesting Literary Events having a strong pseudo legal Bias namely:
- LEX-ENVIRO ELOCUTIONIST
“Unleashing the Rebel in you.” - LET’S BRAWL
“Lines drawn, Battleground set, Let the Battle of the Wits Begin” - ANDHA KANOON
“Moot Court Bollywood Style”
Eligibility
- All Law Colleges and Law Schools recognized by the Bar Council of Indiaand affiliated to Mumbai Universityare eligible to participate in the said Competition.
- Bona-Fide Law Students pursuing 3 or 5 Year (BLS/LLB) Degree Course shall be eligible to participate in the Competition.
Registration Details
Each Participating College/Institution can send a Maximum of:
- 2 participants for Lex-Enviro Elocutionist (Elocution),
- One team comprising of Two students for Let’s Brawl (Debate).
- One team comprising of Five students for Andha Kanoon (Bollywood Moot Court).
