For Law subjects, we can see that the pattern has slightly changed in respect to the division of questions.

In the previous years of Uttarakhand Judicial Examination, questions from all seven subjects were coming in equal proportion.

However, this year, a large number of questions were based on the Indian Penal Code and Family laws followed by Cr.P.C, Evidence, and CPC.

Some topics under the Indian Penal Code were repeated this year as well.

Topics such as theft, punishment for rape, section 303, grievous hurt, and punishments prescribed under the Indian Penal Code were some of the common themes from 2018 and 2019.

That is why analyzing the previous years’ question papers is necessary. It gives aspirants an idea regarding what is crucial and what is not.
