This Program is aimed to provide an excellent opportunity to potential corporate leaders for understanding the linkages and emerging issues between law, enterprise and public policy enabling the person to grow individually and professionally.
The Program is designed to learn and make best use of the legal experts, whom we would try to bring in from the corporate, litigation or academia; to name a few; Professor B T Kaul, Chairperson, Delhi Judicial Academy; Mr. Badrinath Durvasula, Vice President, Adani Group, an expert of Mergers and Acquisitions, Litigation and Arbitration; Mr. Rajiv Kr. Choubey, General Counsel, HCL Infosystems, expert of Corporate Laws and Environmental Laws and Compliance; Mr. Prem Sharma, Vice President, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. and Advocate Kirti Singh, Supreme Court of India, an expert of laws relating to Women Rights.
We hope that mid-career level executives, from the corporate, human resource and legal fields would participate in the Program, though others may also apply.
