Internship as Content Creators and Student Editors by The Society for Constitutional Law Discussion [15 Positions]: Apply by Dec 26


  • Any student pursuing a 3-Year or 5-Year LL.B. course from any recognised university from BCI.
  • Any student pursuing LL.M. Course from any recognised university from BCI.

Mode: Virtual

Summer Placement Internship at Reserve Bank of India (RBI) 2021 [125 Seats]: Apply by Dec 31


Students pursuing

a) post-graduate courses

b) Integrated five-year courses in Management/Statistics/Law/ Commerce/Economics/Econometrics/Banking/Finance or three-year full-time professional Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputed Institutions/Colleges located in India can apply for summer placement during their penultimate year/semester.

Mode: Physical; In various Central Office Departments in Mumbai or the respective Control Offices mentioned above under the Para ‘Role of Institutions’.

Application Process:

Apply through the online web-based application form through your respective institutes to the ‘Control Offices of Reserve Bank of India’, from October 15 to December 31 of the previous year for an internship starting from April of next year.

Reputed Institutes/Colleges located in India offering Masters in Business Management (MBA/MMS)/Economics/Econometrics/Finance/Banking/Statistics/Commerce/or full-time professional Bachelor’s degree in Law may forward the applications of eligible/interested students to the respective ‘Control Offices of Reserve Bank of India‘ as given in the table on the website with the official information, with the recommendations in the prescribed form.

Stipend: ₹20,000/- per month

Online Internship with Centre for Criminology, Criminal Justice and Victimology, RGNUL (CCV-RGNUL): Apply by Dec


2nd – 5th years in 5-year Integrated course and 2nd-3rd years 3-year LLB course.

Mode: Online

Application Process:

The selection for the internship shall be conducted over the successful completion of a three-step process:

  1. Submission of Curriculum Vitae and an Expression of Interest (.docx/.pdf, max. 150 words) via google form by December 31, 2021
  2. After selection and long-listing as per the first stage, the candidates will be required to fill a formal questionnaire to assess writing skills and application
  3. Short-listed candidates from second-stage would be called for an interview round.

Stipend: Unpaid

Online Short Term Internship at NHRC (National Human Rights Commission) 2022 [Jan 17-31]: Apply by Jan 2, 2022

Eligibility: Students from all over the country, of

  • 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year PG course
  • 3rd/final year of graduation course
  • Any semester/year of any post-graduate degree course
  • Any semester/year of any post-graduate diploma course
  • Students who are research scholars in any stream

Students who have research potential in the areas relating to human rights will be preferred (to be indicated in the write-up).

Stipend: Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only)

Internship at Securities and Exchange Board of India [SEBI] for Jan-Mar Qtr: Apply by Jan 7, 2022


  • Student of a Law School/University recognised by the Bar Council of India
  • Should have completed at least 3 years of the 5-year LLB course or 2 years of the 3-year LLB course
  • Students pursuing LLM course
  • Should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the previous semester results.

Mode: Physical

Application Process:

  • The Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator of the respective Law School/University in-charge of theInternship Program shall submit the application recommending not more than three applicants from their Law School/University in a given quarter.
  • No applicationshall be entertained from individual students.
  • The applications for internship shall be sent to the following e-mail address: legalinternship@sebi.gov.in
  • The Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator shall forward a scanned copy of the cover letter on the letterhead of the respective Law School/University recommending the applicants for internship.
  • The curriculum vitae (CV) of each applicant shall be not more than 2 pageswith the current contact details.
  • The Head of the Department or the Course Coordinator of the respective Law School/University shall be intimated about the applicant/s who would be required to join the internship program.
  • In case any applicant fails to report for internship without any reasonable explanationor discontinues the program midway, their Law School/University shall be informed of the same and the applicant shall not be considered for future internships with SEBI.

Stipend: Rs. 10,000/-: Upon satisfactory and successful completion of the internship

Paid, Online Internship Opportunity as Assistant Editor with IBC16 [Stipend Rs 5K]: Apply by Jan 10, 2022


  • Student of 3rd/4th year in a 5-year law program, or 2nd/3rd year in a 3-year law program
  • Must have a genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring laws and familiarity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Additionally, the following would be instrumental in the success of an application:

  • Prior, demonstrable experience in efficient legal research, judgment analysis and analytical legal writing
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Prior work/internship experience in the area of insolvency and bankruptcy
  • Past editorial experience
  • Creative thinking and ability to take initiatives.
  • An established presence and frequent activity on LinkedIn would be an added advantage.
