Society of Mooters, University Law College, Bengaluru, on the continuing legacy for the 23rd year is organizing the All India Moot Court Competition, 2019.
This year the Society of Mooters is proud to organize the All India Moot Court Competition, 2019. This competition is a National-level event which brings together some of the brightest and the most distinguished minds from across the country. This has created a wonderful opportunity for students and legal fraternity to build a lasting relationship.
The competition further distinguishes itself from other such events due to its commitment of ensuring fairness in decision and judgment. The Hon’ble Judges of the High Court of Karnataka preside over the finals of the Moot Court Competition. All of this has made the event achieve an invaluable position among the top Moot Court Competitions of the country.
This year, Society of Mooters has entered its Twenty Third year making it one of the oldest Moot Court Competitions in India, yet going strong by stimulating legal minds across India and has come up with the ‘All India Moot Court Competition, 2019’ which promises to achieve its basic aim of providing legal minds to express and discuss their opinions on different facets of law.
All India Moot Court Competition shall be held from 1st March to 3rd March, 2019 at University Law College, Bangalore University, Bengaluru.
Undergraduate students pursuing 3 or 5 year course of LL.B. degree in the academic year 2018-2019 from any law Schools/College/University recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.

Teams must confirm their participation by sending a scanned copy of the Registration Form completely filled and duly signed by the Head of the Participating Institution to email@example.com latest by 11:59 pm of 6th January , 2019
The last date for registration is January 6, 2019.
NOTE: The last date for online registration has been extended from January 6, 2019 and the clarification and release of clarification date have also on January 6, 2019 and January 9, 2019 respectively. It is to be noted that the dates shall under no circumstances be changed or extended as these are the final dates.
Last day for provisional online registration: 6th January, 2019 January 10, 2019.
Last day for seeking clarifications on Moot Proposition: 6th January, 2019
Release of clarifications on Moot Proposition: 9th January, 2019
Last date for online submissions of soft copies of memoranda: 27th January, 2019
Last day for Submission of 3 hard copies of the memoranda and the filled up registration form (hard copy): 1st February, 2019
Announcement of short listed teams: 5th February, 2019
Inauguration of AIMCC, Draw of lots: 1st March, 2019
Preliminary rounds of the Moot Court Competition: 2nd March, 2019
Quarter finals, Semi-finals, Final round and Valedictory function of the competition: 3rd March, 2019
NOTE: The last date for online registration is January 6, 2019 and the last date of clarification is on January 7, 2019 and release of clarification date is on January 9, 2019 respectively.
