CfP: Quantum Theory, Law and Ethics Conference @ St. Mary’s University, London [April 13]: Submit by March 9

The conference on interdisciplinary exploration of quantum theory, law and ethics which will take place in St. Mary’s University, London, UK is pleased to issue this Call for Papers for a unique interdisciplinary symposium on the relationship between quantum theory, law and ethics.

Contributions are invited from all disciplines on the broad relationship between law, ethics and quantum theory, including quantum
technologies.

Conference Objectives

In the field of legal and ethical theory, ideas from quantum mechanics are a potential source of inspiration and for models of understanding to characterize, map and resolve areas of tension within legal theory which seek to characterize and understand issues which overlap with and relate to the concerns of quantum theory in various ways.

Submission

Potential contributors should send a short abstract of no more than 450 words to the conference organizers.

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is Friday 9 March 2018.
