The LSE Law Review is pleased to be accepting submissions for Volume III, including:

  • Articles

  • Case notes, and

  • Letters to the Editor

Deadline: February 4th 2018, 11:59pm GMT

All submissions and inquiries should be sent to lselawreview@gmail.com.

The Editorial Board considers submissions on a rolling basis.

The Editorial Board will select works for publication on a purely meritocratic basis.

The LSE Law Review operates a double-blind peer-review process.

Therefore, the identity of both the submitting author and reviewer are concealed during the review.

Due to the limited length of the publication, the Editorial Board cannot guarantee that all submissions will be published.

All decisions taken by the Editorial Board are final.

All citations must be made using Oxford University Standard for the Citations of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA). Citations are to be made in the footnotes (not endnotes). No bibliography is required.

Full citations must be used when the source first appears. The Editorial Board expects that all references are properly attributed and cited, and may ask submitting authors to reformat citations that do not comply with OSCOLA.
