School Of Excellence in Law, as a part of its endeavors of facilitating its support to the student community of the Country and to spread Environmental consciousness, takes immense pleasure in announcing the 12th Edition of its Pro-Bono Enviro National Moot Court Competition, 2018.
This flagship event of our institution is based on Environmental Law and is intended to create awareness among the student body regarding pressing environmental complications.
The competition will be held from October 5th – 7th, 2018.
The previous editions of National Moot Court Competition have proved to be an enriching experience for the participants owing to its unconventional and challenging moot propositions and high standards of judging by various eminent lawyers and hon’ble judges of the Madras High Court.
Last date for Provisional Registration: 10th September, 2018
Last Date for submitting soft copy of the registration form along with a scanned copy of the Demand Draft and send the same to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before: 14th September, 2018, 11.59 PM.
The Hard Copy of the duly filled in Registration Form along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 4500/- drawn in favour of “The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai”, payable at Chennai shall reach the Organizing Committee on or before: 19th September 2018, 06.00 PM via Speed Post or Courier.
Clarifications to the Moot Proposition shall be sought by sending an e-mail to the following mail ID email@example.com on or before: 15th September 2018, 11.59 PM.
A set of Final Clarifications will be released on: 17th September 2018.
Teams shall e-mail Soft Copies each of the Memorandums in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats, i.e. four (4) separate file attachments, on or before: 28th September 2018, 11:59 PM to firstname.lastname@example.org
Teams shall carry with themselves seven (7) Hard Copies each of the Petitioner and Respondent Memorandums and hand it over at the time of Desk Registration on: 5th October 2018.
