Think India is hosting a National summit titled ‘Law: Fulcrum of Change?’ on the 6th & 7th of October 2012 at the NITTTR, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). This summit invites participation from Students, Alumni, Researchers and Faculty members of Premier Institutes of India.
About the Summit
In the India of the 21st century, which aspires to be a leading Nation of the globe, Law and Policy are integral to improved trade and commerce, as well as a necessary tool for social empowerment.
Law interacts correspondingly with politics, media, public institutions and even citizens in their daily lives. Thus, when India takes the big leap into the future, will Law play its part?
In this interregnum of flux, can Law act as the fulcrum of Change? Do we need other instruments to complement the rule of law? Think India, thus, attempts to provide a platform to debate these novel perspectives, introduce new frontiers and shatter preconceived notions, by the best brains that Young India has to offer.
