Kathmandu School of Law was established in the Year 2000 in affiliation with Purbanchal University.
Kathmandu School of Law for many years has been organizing different kinds of National and International Programs.
International Winter Residential School on Economic, Social and Development Rights (ESDR), Himalayan Field School (HFS), National Moot Court Training Programs/International Moot Court Training Programs, Student Exchange Programs are few to mention.
About the summer school:
“The Kathmandu Dialogue” is an International Summer School being organized at Kathmandu, one as a global event and a yearly event with an idea to host young international law and relations enthusiasts in the lap of the Himalayas where they can discuss, deliberate, debate and find solutions for issues collectively and learn from internationally recognized faculties.
They are inviting students pursuing Bachelors & Masters in Law, Political Science, International Relations or any other Social Science field to apply.
The summer school is also open to young scholars and academicians who are no more than 6 years in their profession.
The theme of the program shall be The Asian Century – Understanding Geo-Economics and Geo-Politics in Asia.
The Summer School program will be conducted from 1st – 10th July 2019. The program will be conducted in a residential setting in outreach campus of Kathmandu School of Law.
The program shall be practical in all senses and session shall be visual aid-supported. 30th June 2019 till 11th July 2019 shall be travel dates for arrival and departure respectively to Kathmandu, Nepal.
International delegates need to pay Rs. 24227.35 (350 USD) as registration fee inclusive of food and accommodation. Nepalese delegates NPR 20,000/-
