Applicant must have held the Office of the rank of District Judge OR Retired Superintendent Engineer(Civil)/Dy. Ch. Engineer(Civil) or above having worked at least 5 (Five) years in that post in any Government or local self-Government OR Retired W.B.C.S Officer in the rank of Joint Secretary level or above.

Banerjee Road, Kolkata – 700013, Bio-data (as per given proforma), Photo Identity proof and two copies of recent passport size photographs duly attested, along with attested copies of all testimonials/documents thereof.
