The current pandemic has drastically caused an increase in the number of mental illnesses among employees, especially women, which has increased the emotional burden on women in the workplace.

The sessions aim to advocate for a positive change in the current scenario and break down barriers that seek to hinder the professional progress of women, to empower them both personally and professionally.
