Share Your Voice: COVID Pandemic – Call for Stories by Lawctopus| Submit by March 20

2020 was weird. It was like desperately trying to physically stop a DVD from playing when it was going at full throttle.

It was difficult to make sense of what was happening around us.

Lots of lawyers, especially young ones, had a difficult time sustaining themselves. Career plans, salaries, mental health, livelihood- all of it went for a toss.

With courts shut and only online hearings happening, budding legal eagles were left to fend for themselves.

We want to bring these stories out, as we are about to complete a year since the Lockdown.

If you are a lawyer/student whose life got affected by the pandemic (which is very like to have happened), do share the story with us.

We want to give you a platform to voice your experiences. Your experience need not be dependant on just physical hardships, it could also be how the time affected you mentally or otherwise.

If you’d to remain anonymous through this process, we will respect that.

You can send in your stories and experiences at umang.poddar@lawctopus.com with the subject: Pandemic 2020.

Please share your entries by March 20.
