Law College Dehradun, Faculty of Uttaranchal University is hosting a National Seminar on International Commercial Arbitration on 26th March 2019 at Dehradun.
Ms. Neeti Sachdeva, Secretary-General, Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, the keynote speaker of the seminar and will address the students on the topic “International Commercial Arbitration” followed by an open discussion forum.
About the speaker
Ms. Neeti Sachdeva is currently Secretary General at Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.
Prior to joining MCIA, Neeti has extensively worked in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, both as a private practitioner representing clients and as an administrator, facilitating the dispute resolution procedure.
Neeti’s past professional experience includes working with some of the top Indian Law Firms like Trilegal and Economic Laws Practice.
Ms. Sachdeva has also worked at the local International Arbitration Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris and has also worked with London Court of International Arbitration, India as its First Deputy Registrar.
She is also active in academic circles and is an advisor at KIIT Law School, Orissa, and a guest faculty at National Law University and at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
She is the Asia Pacific & Australasian Representative of YIAG, LCIA and a member of the steering committee of the Young ICCA Asia Pacific Desk.
Ms Sachdeva has obtained a Masters in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University and has also undertaken a course in Private International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague.
