The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in collaboration with Think India is organizing a Two-Day National Workshop on “IPR law in practice” on March 1-2, 2019 at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.
Think India is a joint forum created for the students from premier institutes of India in 2006. Think India endeavours to bring together the best talent of this country and to infuse them with the nation-first attitude. It organises events, workshops, seminars, study circles, symposiums and conventions at a national and regional level involving students, academicians and young professionals across the country.
About the workshop
The Workshop will provide the participants with an understanding of IP laws and the extent to which it protects inventions and designs. Objective of the Workshop is to initiate the students into practical aspects of Intellectual Property Rights Law and to introduce the burning issues, challenges and opportunities in the field of IPR.
The Workshop will be dealt in three parts: Part A IPR Law: Prosecution & Procedure; Part B Intellectual Property Litigation and Part C Contemporary Concepts & Challenges.

This program is aimed at students of law, Research Scholars, Prospective Researchers, Faculty and Professionals interested in Intellectual Property laws.
