The RGNUL Book Series on Corporate Law and Corporate Affairs (“RBS”) is an annual, student-run, peer-reviewed book series and a research organization, established in 2016, at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.

RBS is pleased to announce its 2nd Webinar on “Exploring the Provisions of Arrest under GST” with Mr. Sunish Bindlish (Senior Standing Counsel, Central Board of Indirect Taxes).
About the Speaker
Mr. Sunish Bindlish is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and boasts of a career in litigation for over a period of 20 years, dealing with Direct and Indirect Taxation, Company Law-Insolvency, etc. He has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals, and given his particular expertise in dealing with white-collar crimes, he shall deliver his insights on the subject in the course of the webinar.
The session shall be moderated by Ms.Yashvi Jain, Associate Editor at RBS.
