About the Speakers
Ms. Rachana Rautray is an alumnus of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS). She is an associate with AZB & Partners since 2017. Her areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, general corporate, and commercial laws.
She specializes in advising global players on blockchain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and data protection. She has also authored several global publications to address key legal and regulatory concerns for businesses dealing in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technology services. We are extremely elated to have her on board and deliver her insights on the subject.
The session shall be moderated by Anushka Ganguli, Senior Editor at RBS.
