Researching Reality Internship is for college students and researchers who wish to apply social and economic principles to real-life problems through in-depth research projects. It provides interns with valuable training in areas of research, analysis, writing, and above all critical thinking.
Applications are open to college going students (both graduate and post graduate), and recent graduates (upto 5 years after graduation). International as well as domestic applications are welcome.
There is no fee for participating in the Researching Reality Internship. However, interns must make their own living arrangements and cover their own travel expenses. We can provide suggestions in finding accommodation in Delhi.
When filling out the form, please pay special attention to the qualities that we look for in an intern:
Clarity of thought: logic, organisation, and flow of arguments presented.
Resourcefulness: linking ideas to examples, quality of sources used.
Motivation and Initiative.
Style of writing: spelling, grammar, punctuation
Early application deadline: 31 March
Interviews for early applicants: 5-10 April
First list of interns published: 20 April
Final application deadline: 30 April
Interviews for applicants (final round): 6-10 May
Final list of interns published: 13 May
Internship dates: 5 June – 21 July
