Application Process

I saw Raghul Sudheesh Sir’s post on LinkedIn pertaining to the requirement of a research assistant with respect to research on an IP matter. I applied through the given email post which I received a shortlisting email. I then had a telephonic interview and received the confirmation later that night.

First Day Formalities

It was a virtual internship. We had an introductory conversation over a zoom call where we talked about our backgrounds and Sir then explained the research to me.

Main Task

The main task was to prepare a comparative research report and was followed by other related researches as required. I was also asked to research case laws upon a separate IP matter which the firm was taking up then.

Work Environment

Sir was very polite and understanding with my college schedules and examination. He also set very realistic deadlines.

Good Things and Bad Things

Good things included the positive approach of Sir, the interesting work and the great connection that we have forged. It was an enriching experience. There was no bad thing.

I was paid a stipend of 5,000 INR.
