Duration of internship and timings
December to January
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the first day, I was asked to reach at office at sharp 10 am (be particular about reaching on time) they made us fill an application form and then the President of PUCL, Kavita Shrivastava told us about do’s and don’ts of PUCL also told us that you all have to work very hard regardless of any situation with full dedication.
Office is not very big. Most of the time, we were on field trip.
Attending seminars, surveying, dharna, court visits, police station visits, jail visits, visits to woman rehabilitation centres, various field trips, learnt about MSSK working on various issues happening in the state of Rajasthan and all type of work is assigned where human rights is involved.
Work environment and people
PUCL rules and regulations are seriously strict and each and every individual as to do work there. Students from different college come there for internship.
Work includes surveys. We went to different villages for surveying on ration and pension card. It was really knowledgable place for everyone.
The best thing of PUCL is that ma’am keeps on watching every individual.
Strict rules and regulations make a student very punctuality in there work.
Bad things, only one. Have to do a lot of work without worrying of lunch or breakfast
and there is no time fix when you will reach home at night.
Get to know a lot of things. Confidence level increased. I can now face crowd easily after doing internship in PUCL.
PUCL took us to the actuality of the problem by actually visualising it to us.
Any Other Thing about PUCL Internship Jaipur
