Presidency University School of Law, Bangalore is organising the 3rd National Moot Court on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law on April 11-13.
Students enrolled in full time 3 years or 5 years law programmes and LLM Programme are eligible to compete in the competition. Each college/Institution/University may send a maximum of one team.
The teams interested to participate are required to confirm their participation by sending an email to [email protected] on or before 10th March 2019. The subject of the mail must be “Provisional Registration: <Institution Name>”.
The provisionally registered teams shall send duly completed registration form (page 23& 24-with payment details filled), travel plan and transaction receipt on soft copy of online payment particulars (on getting confirmation of shortlisting from the MCA of PUSoL) by 15th March, 2019 to [email protected] and a hard copy along with registration payment details so as to reach on or before 8th April, 2019 to the communication address mentioned in the rule book.
- Each team shall include two (2) speakers, who shall be accompanied by one (1) researcher all of whom shall be designated accordingly.
- Once provisional registration is completed the team composition must remain the same throughout the competition.
- No observer is allowed to accompany any team.
Submission of Memorials
The registered teams must send the soft copy of the memorials to [email protected] by 5th April, 2019 (11:59 pm), which must be a .doc file extension with the subject of the email as memorials for “Memorial Submission- <TCN >”. Eg: If your team code is TC10, the email subject would be: Memorial Submission TC10.
A nominal registration fee shall be charged from the Universities/Colleges/Institutions. The registration fees shall be: Rs. 5000/- for participating teams. This includes accommodation (11th and 12th April) with Breakfast and Dinner. The registration fee charged must be submitted by a Bank Transfer/any form of Electronic Transfer of any National Bank (Primary Payment option) on or before 15th March, 2019.
Any clarifications sought on the moot proposition needs to be addressed via email to [email protected] before 21st March, 2019.
The queries will be clarified by issuance of a general notification addressing all queries on 24th March, 2019.
