First Impression? First day? Formalities?
Pramod Jalan and Associates had the perfect environment to work. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was asked to research on a case and proofread a few agreements as the first task. There were no formalities other than having a short word with the head.
Main tasks include research, comparing and proof reading.
Work Environment? People?
Pramod Jalan and Associates had a very friendly and helpful staff. They never made me felt like I was just an intern.
If I made any mistake (which I did on many occasions), they would patiently point out the errors and answer all my doubts.
Despite his busy schedules, Pramod sir would take some time out to explain a complicated matter and offer feedback on the work I did. He has been a wonderful guide throughout.
I learned a lot under his tutelage.
We are allowed to work at our own pace and take breaks when needed.
It was a perfect environment to work in with the most friendly, helpful, guiding and supporting staff ever.
