About the Job
Coordination with local agencies on the ground in Alibaug for purchase of land. This will include Liaison work with local lawyers.
Preparation of conveyance documents, sale Agreements, MOUs, and other related documentation. Coordination with local agencies on the ground in Alibaug for acquiring relevant permissions up to the Collectors office.
This will include Liaison work with local agencies.
The applicant to the position must have at least 3-5 years of work experience.
If the experience is with a firm or company that dealt with property law, or any of the specific types of work enumerated above (for their requirements) that would be preferred.
Speaking Marathi would be helpful but not a mandatory condition for the role.
Number of Vacancies
The office is located at Fort in Mumbai (Right opposite the RBI building on Perin Nariman Street).
Who can Apply?
Anyone who has an LLB and who has the relevant work experience.
The salary for the same will be approximately 40,000/- plus travel allowance. The salary will depend on the candidate and his/her experience and abilities.
