First Day and Impression
Was welcomed by B.Ramana.Kumar sir and was introduced to his team members. He briefed me about the work carried out in the office and was ask to feel comfortable to approach him anytime for any works or doubts.
The following were the various tasks assigned:-
- Create power point presentation.
- Draft petitions and agreements.
- Case studies.
- Legal research on current affairs related to Company Law.
- Make case briefs etc..
Ramana sir and his associates are very helpful, co-operative and friendly. Sir spends his own time with the interns and can be approached freely at anytime during office hours.The office has a good range of books for reference.
They largely deals with tax, company law, bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate and corporate matters. You can gain a vast knowledge in these fields. If your interested to specialize in Corporate field in future then this is an ideal place to intern.
Highly recommendable firm for people who are interested to work in corporate, company law and Bankruptcy matters. You can learn a lot and gain a very good work experience.
