First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression

Since mine was a virtual internship due to the lockdown imposed, I interacted with Pranjul Sir himself on the first day and he described to me the subject matters and different areas in which they deal in. He then explained me the kind of work which is expected from me and that I must meet the deadlines given.

Main Tasks

I was mainly given research and drafting work related to matters in IBC, RERA, Companies Act and Industrial Disputes Act. I also did some work related to Arbitration and RTI Act.

Good Things

The best thing was, despite the heavy work schedule, Pranjul Sir always managed to interact with the interns regularly. He gave feedback on each of the task/ work given and also very patiently explained the mistakes which were committed while doing the work and how one can improve the efficiency in each of the task assigned. I was also allowed to attend the client meetings on the matters I was working on which I think was a really good exposure. All in all, he made sure that the interns get a good learning experience.

Bad Things

No bad things

Accommodation, Commuting to Office

Since it was a virtual internship I did not have to commute.
