I applied at the firm by sending my CV along with my cover letter at office@rsglegal.in.

FIRST DAY FORMALITIES:

I joined the internship from July, it is an online internship. On my first day our mentor called the interns and had an introductory session, and also briefed us about the kind of work he was engaged into and how we had to function for the month.

MAIN TASKS

The Main Tasks Given to Me During My Internship Period Were Researching, Briefing the Cases, and Drafting Legal Notices. The Very First Thing I Do Is by Writing an Article On Domestic Violence During Lockdown, In Which I Learned About Laws Related To Violence And Rights Of Victims And What They Can Do During Lockdown Situation.

I Mostly Done Research on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Stamp Duty on Merger/Demergers. And Also Solved Queries Raised by The Clients Regarding IBC.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

It is an online internship so you have to work from your home. Our mentor of the firm takes out time to talk to the interns about their experience at the firm and also gives his valuable insight about the professional world.

GOOD THINGS

Interns are guided instead of being reprimanded, if they fail to understand certain things and are also appreciated for their hard work.

The firm deals in diverse areas of laws. It also works with perfection and expects the interns to do the same; hence, providing them with the requisite exposure to leverage and enhance their skills.

BAD THINGS

None.

STIPEND (IF ANY)

No Stipend because of online internship.
