Duration of the Internship
One month (June 16, 2020, to July 16, 2020)
First day formalities, infrastructure and first impression
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the internship was done online. They were friendly and provided guidance to the interns from time to time. Mr. Akash Kashyap and Mrs. Abha Kashyap are partners in the firm and really amazing people to work with and learn from.
I was asked to present the research and my understanding on few matters related to the Company Law allocated by Arohi Ma’am. When I was not able to do certain work allotted, I had easily texted Arohi Ma’am for a little head start and she was more than happy to give me a lead to start my work on. They review all my tasks and actually entrust me with real responsibilities pertaining to their clients.
This internship has given me a wholesome experience. It provided me an opportunity to learn the nuances and grasp knowledge including various relevant acts. Extensive research upon the matters dealt with by the firm on a daily basis.
An incredible place to any intern if one is serious and determined in gaining experience for litigation or arbitration. It was an amazing journey and experience. All the doubts regarding the ongoing matters would be clarified either by Arohi Ma’am, which gave me a lot of perspectives to look at things in a different way.
Arohi Ma’am keeps motivating me to give my best shot at every task that is assigned and later gives genuine feedback regarding my performance. I was never treated as an intern but always felt like a part of the office. This experience will make me ready to face work-life situations.
Towards the end of the internship, I gained confidence as to my abilities and was ready to achieve great heights in the future. Apart from the legal work done, I got a lot of insights with regard to other general matters.
Very understanding and friendly partners.
Exposure to several areas of Law.
Work reviewed simultaneously.
Professional yet friendly atmosphere.
One can interact and have fun while working.
As it was an online internship, there were no fixed timings. There were a few late-night tasks that would seem tedious at the moment but the amount and quality of work assigned provide satisfaction in the end. Sundays were also working days provided that there was work going on at the office. This instills discipline and passion for work.
An experience like this is very rare to achieve in other offices. Arohi Ma’am takes care of the interns personally and shows a lot of enthusiasm in listening to various perspectives. He subjects the intern to real work situations to test the perseverance and passion for work. If one is determined to work and is interested in experimenting with various topics, this is a suitable
place. Your talent is what takes you to heights.
Recommended for all the people who are looking for a place where you get to learn and work hard but in a friendly environment along with the people who have so much knowledge and experience to offer and also interested in the medical-legal area and corporate law.

I am an army girl! In a barbie world! Keeper of 5 dogs. On a diet for now. Sometimes I might make punctuation mistakes, but I make up for it by bringing in a crore or two extra. What's more important, a misplaced comma, or a well-placed crore?
