What if you can acquire practical, real-world knowledge and skills while you are still in college before pursuing criminal law?

What will it mean for you if you get practical aspects of working as a criminal lawyer from experienced criminal lawyers?

NUJS has created an online certificate course to resolve the concerns of law students who are interested in criminal law. NUJS introduces Certificate Criminal Litigation and Trial Advocacy which for the first time brings practical insights from top criminal lawyers.

This course is designed to be a highly practical course for lawyers who are interested in building a criminal practice. Instead of merely the provisions of the law, this course focuses on ground-level realities, drafting some of the most crucial applications in criminal cases, working with the court registry, understanding cause lists, case management, handling client expectations, billing and litigation strategy.

Coverage of these areas has been undertaken after speaking to experienced litigators (working at trial courts, High Court as well as Supreme Court), senior advocates, advocates-on-record and lawyers working in litigation teams at law firms. After pursuing this course, you will have a fair level of confidence in filing important documents in connection with a criminal case, conducting criminal trials on your own and in starting out to develop an independent practice as a criminal lawyer.

  1. But when I have taken admission in January 2018, you have said that this is attached with NUJS and you have given me online certificate and this certificate is showing that original certificate will be sent by NUJS. That means what ? This is of March 2018.

And also see your online advertise. it is clearly mentioned that this is being provided by NUJS. This is big scam and need to be public.

  2. I am requesting to all students please dont reply NUJS for any online certificate course. They are not giving any certificate. After fee submission you will complete the exam and then they will provide you online certificate from ipleader not from NUJS. So I think it is a big fraud. These are my details-

When I talked to I-Pleader They pretending that university is not proving the certificate.
So beware friend. I will go Consumer Forum Against them and I also requesting to Lawctopus to remove the add of all from ipleader.

    • Hi Nitya, this is an old post published in 2017 when NUJS was certifying the courses (now NUJs is not). Now, ipleaders’ courses are certified by ipleaders/law sikho only and not by NUJS. On Lawctopus too, the newer posts being published clearly reflect that.
