The Dept. of Revenue Chair at the National Law School of India University is holding a symposium on GST on 25-11-2017 (Saturday) at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
The symposium will be inaugurated by the Chairman, Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) and presided over by the Vice-Chancellor of the NLSIU. The speakers will be very senior officers dealing with GST in Central and State Tax Administration, legal luminaries and representatives of the Trade and Industry.
The theme of the symposium is – administrative challenges, legal challenges and compliance challenges faced in the implementation of GST. The symposium is intended for academicians, law and management students, tax professionals and corporate executives dealing with tax matters.
There is a fee of Rs. 2000/- per participant. We have fixed a cap of 150 persons for participation in the symposium and the registration will be on a first come first served basis.
