About the Event
NIT Raipur, with its aim of providing holistic academic and co-curricular education, is enthralled and all geared up to announce its first chapter of Model United Nations – “Infusing Knowledge with cognizance” on March 22nd, 2020.
MUN NITRR will be a one-day main event to be organized at NIT Raipur – main campus and DDU Auditorium, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. With 2 international committees – SOCHUM and UNEP and 1 domestic committee – AIPPM, the conference is sure going to be great learning experience with amazing prizes for the winners. Guess what’s more? The participation would totally be free of cost!

SOCHUM (Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee): Ensuring the human rights for the public under rigorous privacy breach by the powerful authorities and reaching a consensus on the use of surveillance by the government.
UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme): Climate Crisis and Management.
AIPPM (All India Political Parties Meet): Discussion on Population Regulation Bill and analyzing the need for birth control doctrine on tackling the socio-economic crisis.
