Nirma University’s Webinar on Interplay of Faith/Religion with Mediation [Sep 13, 11 AM]: Register Now!
About the Webinar
There are instances when the religion of a party can hamper it to have an unbiased dialogue with the other party because of the inherent bias. It is necessary to have an understanding as to how religion matters when working on conflict. There are various approaches to mediating any conflict with a religious dimension. We have seen recently how the Ayodhya Mediation case could not be a success for reasons unknown.
To gain insights on what actually works in such mediations and what can be the factors leading to its success or failure, the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee at Institute of Law, Nirma University in collaboration with Centre for Mediation and Conciliation (CMC) is conducting a webinar on the topic “Interplay of Faith/Religion with Mediation”.
