National Constitutional Law Fest at CHRIST University, Bengaluru [Dec 3-4]: Register by Dec 2

School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is an institute imparting world-class legal education, not only to students from various parts of the country but also hosts a strong international students’ representation.

About the Event

The Constitutional Law Studies and Orientation Committee of School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is organising The National Constitutional Law Fest, 2019, an Inter-College festival on the 3rd and 4th of December, 2019, to celebrate Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s birth anniversary.

The fest aims to spread awareness on the matters of Constitutional Law and create a space for the discussion of the same for the students from across the country. The fest is filled with events that seek to harness and serve as a platform for students to showcase their legal awareness, mooting skills and much more.

  • Paperless moot competition
  • Mock constituent assembly debate
  • Extempore
  • Quiz (Legal and General)
  • Amend the law
  • Debate (Theme: Constitutional Law)


  1. Students pursuing LLB Degree Course (3 or 5 years) can participate in all events.
  2. Students pursuing any other undergraduate degree program can participate in all the events except Amend the law and Paperless Moot.

Registration Procedure

After filling the form, the registration fee has to be paid using the following portal per individual participant (irrespective of the team or individual event) of Rs. 500/-(for non-CHRIST students) and Rs. 200/-(for CHRIST students).

Payment details are given in the brochure.


If required by the participants, they may also be provided with accommodation. The following is the tariff:

  1. Single night accommodation (2nd December): Rs. 500/-
  2. Two nights’ accommodation (2nd and 3rd December): Rs. 1,000/-

The college shall also be providing On-Spot Registration on 3rd December at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) main campus, Bangalore from 8 am to 9 am.

Note: Teams wishing to use the On-Spot registration facility kindly send an e-mail to the committee email ID stating the same. All participants are requested to carry their College ID cards with them.
