NALSAR to Offer an MBA Course: Court Management; Corp Governance; FSCM; TEST ON JUNE 30

NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, an institution of eminence has been consistently rated amongst the top three  Law Schools in India.

The University is inviting applications for Two Years full-time campus based M.B.A. Programme with major  specialization in ‘Court Management’ or ‘Corporate Governance’ or ‘Financial Services and Capital Markets’ and minor specialization in ‘Marketing Management’ or ‘Human Resource Management’ or ‘Business  Regulations’ with an objective of carving-out future managers having cutting edge knowledge and expertise in management and law.

With novel, and unique major-minor specialization system, the M.B.A. Programme is first of its  kind in India as it helps in developing legal and management acumen to excel in highly competitive global business  environment.

Upon successful completion of the programme graduates will not only be suitable for recruitment as Court Managers but would also excel in the Corporate Houses, Financial Markets, Insurance Companies, Banks, Law Firms, Consulting Firms, Industry, Government, Media Houses, NBFC, Public Sector Undertakings etc.

ELIGIBILITY: Graduate of any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Institution/ University.

AGE LIMIT: Below 30 years (32 years in case of SC / ST / Persons with Disability) of age as on August 1, 2013.

INTAKE AND RESERVATION: Total Number of seats 60 (sixty) per year

ADMISSION PROCESS: The admission is based on the performance at the Admission Test (75 marks), Group Discussion (15 marks) and Personal Interview (10 marks).

Pattern of Test

  • Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: 30 Marks
  • Numerical Ability and Data Interpretation: 30 Marks
  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 15 Marks

Date of Admission Test : June 30, 2013 (Sunday) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Test Centres : Bangalore, Chandigarh, Cuttack, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for the ‘Group Discussion’ and ‘Personal Interview’ during  July 15-18, 2013. The classes will commence from August 1, 2013.

Fee for day boarders is Rs. 3,25,000 and for hostelers, it’s Rs 3,75,000  + Rs. 25,000 (mess fee).

The duly filled-in Application Form should reach the Registrar along with a DD for Rs. 2,100/- drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, NALSAR MBA A/c’ on or before June 21, 2013 (by 4:00 p.m.).
