Jayoti vidyapeeth university Jaipur, has the worst moot court competition where everything is pre decided. This university make there own college team as the winner. We were the participants last year and we had a very bad experience. I request you all not to go for this moot. The moot court society staff is also the most worst management society ever.
We attended the moot court competition conducted by this university this year (2020) and we had a very bad experience. The winners of the competition were already decided and we went till the semi finals round and was not selected for the finals.the teams which got selected for the finals were both from the same locality and they did not even know who is the respondents in that particular moot problem. And when we went and talked to the Dean of law in that college about the transparency in conducting the moot competition he told that injustice happens some times and we have to accept it. He behaved with in an irresponsible manner and we asked them to show the results of the teams they were not ready and told that it was against Thier rules to do so. I kindly request all my fellow law students not to attend the moot court competition conducted by this university in the upcoming years.
