Looking out for an experience to learn from and interact with stalwarts in the field of law, science, pollution control, activism, administration and conservation? Yearning to save the dwindling natural environment in India and want to learn how?

Through lectures by eminent experts and environmentalists, expert-led field trips, visual presentations and interactive discussions we aim to equip the young budding lawyers of the country with the requisite knowledge and expose them to the ground realities in the field of environmental law.

The objective of this course is to provide the participants with an insight into the various enviro-legal instruments in India and abroad so as to create an overview of the institutional legal framework safeguarding our natural resources.

The speakers, experts in the field of environmental law and pollution control, will discuss various case studies, scientific solutions, systemic challenges and ground realities to provide an all round perspective of the current scenario, besides discussing a futuristic strategy.

Students are invited to participate in a Two-Day Certificate Training Course on ‘Environmental Law & Enforcement’ we are organising for Law Students from the 27th – 28th February 2016 in New Delhi.

Any student presently enrolled in a Law school recognised by the Bar Council of India.

Class Timings: 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Course Fee Details:

Early Bird Registration Fees: Rs 3,500/-

Regular Registration Fees: Rs. 4,000/-.

Contingent Registration Fees (5 or more persons from the same institution): Rs. 3,000/- each.

The above Fees is inclusive of a Registration Fees of Rs. 1,000/- which is non-refundable.

In case of cancellations made 3-4 days prior to the course 50% of the amount will be deducted.

No refund will be given in case of cancellation 2 days prior to the course.

The fees does not include accommodation.
