Job description:

The firm is looking to hire the following:

1 (one) Paralegal

Paralegal Profile:

  • Status Update of Applications (IP), trademark search.
  • Assistance in attending hearings.
  • Preparing drafts of Applications (IP), assistance in e-filing of IP Applications.
  • Proofreading of printed documents & docketing of files.
  • Supporting Legal Department (Intellectual Property & Real Estate) to carry out administrative tasks assigned by the associates.
  • Filing the stamp duty requests, notarizations.
  • Making a report on Title Documents for Due Diligence clearance.
  • Coordinating between the Legal Teams for making copies, scanning etc. of legal documents for payment process & audit purpose.
  • Physical filing of agreements, IPR Applications etc.
  • Following up documents from internal teams, invoices from external teams such as accountants, advocates etc.

1 (one) Litigation Associate

Experience of 3-5 years in the below-mentioned fields:

  • Commercial Litigation,
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Intellectual Property Rights.

Eligibility

The Applicant for Litigation Associate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in LLB & the Applicant for Paralegal must be a graduate.
