Day-to-day legal matters including contracts & agreements, court cases, mutation, liaison with Solicitors / Advocates and Govt. Departments.
Handling all kinds of litigation and associated advisory aspects including Writs, Recovery, Arbitration, Suits, SICA, DRT, Company Law, CLB, Labour matters and IPR related issues.
Handling matters related to land and property.
Monitoring of all legal pending cases of the Corporation and ascertaining the tenability of these cases.
Having knowledge in Civil/Criminal law including eviction, injunctions, money suits etc.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements related to lease, leave & license, Sale etc. and settling the matters in a manner that will not put the organization at risk.
Coordinating with Solicitors/Advocates, being present in Court sessions during case hearings and consulting Senior Counsels as and when required, so as to enable effective and smooth business operations.

Essential: Must be a Law Graduate from a recognized College/University.
Experience: More than 12 years of post-qualification experience.
Rs. 11 Lakhs (approx.) per annum
