Ms. Ritwika Sharma 
is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy and her research work is currently focused on comparative federalism, local governments, and electoral reforms.

She was a Research Associate with Daksh previously and has worked on the intersection of law and data to propose meaningful reforms for improving the performance of subordinate judiciary in India.

She was also a Teaching Assistant at NALSAR, Hyderabad and taught Administrative Law to the students enrolled in the 5 years B.A. LLB Undergraduate Program.

She graduted from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2013 and subsequently did her LLM from Nalsar Hyderabad in 2014, and the University of Cambridge in 2018.
