Legal Notice Drafting Competition by Lawctopus Law School [Mar 20; 4-7 PM] Exciting Prizes, E-Certificates: Register by Mar 19

Lawctopus Law School is organizing a Legal Notice Drafting Competition for law students and professionals to help them utilize their legal drafting skills.

About the Competition

Human conflicts are inevitable, and there may be many occasions when a person may contemplate taking legal action against another person/entity because of such conflicts. Before that, it is important to intimate the other person about initiating legal proceedings against them. Therefore, Legal Notices play an important role as they act as the core foundation of a legal process.

It is believed that written words hold more value than oral words since written documents act as permanent records, and can be used as evidence at the time of a dispute. A legal notice is one such written document that entails the facts, cause of action, and the legal reasoning for making any claim. Thus, the ability to draft Legal Notices is more important than oratory skills.

Lawctopus Law School is organizing a Legal Notice Drafting Competition, where you can utilize your skills and win exciting prizes! Once you register, we will also share a video on ‘How to Draft a Legal Notice’ so that you can take the requisite guidance. So, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and register!
