About the Webinar
You are a 21st Century Lawyer! We know that you love information & communication technologies.
However, to stay relevant in the field, you must let your love reflect in how you practice law. Use these technologies to improve administration and access to justice.
Keeping in mind the future of law, it is important to gear up with know-how about – not just contemporary and future ways of dispute resolution – but also be trained in delivering it through a medium, which will soon replace a major chunk of traditional platforms of dispute resolution (such as physical courtrooms, tribunals, Lok-adalats etc.)
Leveraging technology to reduce the pendency of disputes is a priority of the Judiciary, as well as the Government. Aggressive promotion of virtual courtrooms and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by these institutions highlights what we must do to stay relevant in the profession.
Sounds interesting? Want to know more about how this is possible?
Fear not, Lawctopus Law School is organizing a webinar about Online Dispute Resolution or “ODR”!
In this webinar, you will learn about the basics of ADR and ODR, the different roles lawyers can play in ODR, and how much income they can make through it!
