Lawctopus & PACT are organizing a Free and Open Webinar on ‘Capacity Building for ADR – Everything that a Lawyer & Law Student Must Know’.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has been one of the most talked-about legal phenomenon in the recent past. The advent of COVID has made the call for adopting ADR as a dispute redressal tool only stronger.
However, ADR is also confusing to many. How do the different methods, i.e. Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation complement each other? What are their differences? Are there any specific qualifications required to arbitrate or mediate? Should I go for higher studies?
That is why we invite you to join us for a panel discussion, where we will try to answers all the queries you have. Here are some of the points that we will be covering in the webinar:
– ADR post-Covid – Importance of mediation skills in your legal career – How useful is an LLM – How to build your CV for an ADR LLM – Training programs and competitions – Career opportunities
