Our Advisors (Updated)

Suvarna Dubey is currently working as a Learning Manager with Lawctopus. She completed her BA LLB in 2019 from Amity Law School, Delhi (GGPSIU) and has previously practiced under an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. She has also been working as an editor with a networking platform for female lawyers called Her Forum since 2020.

She is an LLM offer holder from Queen Mary University of London, University of Warwick, SOAS University of London, University of Nottingham in the UK and Leiden University in Netherlands.

Anupama Sharma

Anupama Sharma is currently pursuing PhD in criminal law at the University of Hong Kong.

Previously, she has worked as an Assistant Professor at O.P. Jindal Global Law School, India from where she is currently on a study leave.

She has completed B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2014 and LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom in June 2015.

Mohak Rana

Mohak Rana completed his B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from NMIMS, Mumbai in 2018. After practicing as an advocate for a year, he is now a candidate of LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, NH, USA.(Class of 2020)

Mohak has a keen interest in Criminal Law, Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Law. He believes in looking beyond the conventional approaches and options to explore the best. Academia, Geopolitical issues, Business strategies, and travelling are some other areas of his interest.

Upasana Dasgupta is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Air and Space Law, McGill University. She is pursuing doctoral research under the supervision of Professor Ram Jakhu.

She holds a Masters in Air and Space Law (Thesis) from McGill University. Upasana has been co-supervising LLM non-thesis students at the Faculty of Law, McGill University since September 2018.

Prior to this, she used to work in capital markets division in Amarchand & Mangaldas and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and corporate law division of Argus Partners in India. Upasana has also worked as advisor to Indian Delegation to 38th General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
