About the Speakers
Tushar Giri graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune with BBA LLB in 2018. He is currently a practising advocate at the High Court of Delhi as well as the Supreme Court. He is also a founding partner of ‘Kalp Law’, a dispute resolution law firm based in Delhi which has associate offices in Bangalore, Chandigarh and Shimla.
His practice area encompasses all kinds of litigation matters but majorly he deals with cases relating to Constitutional and Administrative Law, Environment Law and Criminal Law.
Neeraj Bhardwaj graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi in 2018. He is currently a practising advocate at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi as well as various District Courts, Tribunals and Forums. He is a Partner at ‘Lex Lumos, Advocates and Solicitors LLP’.
He is also currently assisting Advocate Anil Grover, Sr. Additional Advocate General, State of Haryana/Additional Advocate General, State of Assam/Standing Counsel, NDMC/Special Public Prosecutor, CBI.
The last 20 minutes of the webinar will comprise an orientation segment for Lawctopus Law School’s course on Litigation Basics: Navigating Cases and Files.
