Presently working with the Dispute Resolution Team at DSK Legal, Mr. Mahip Singh Sikarwar has been an active litigation lawyer with presence in Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal and various other tribunals and High Courts of other state.

He has been a part of a couple of reported judgments on Insolvency and Arbitration laws of India. He has more than 4 years of standing at the Bar Council of Delhi and multiple arbitrations to his name.

Mahip Singh Sikarwar is a BA-LLB(Hons) graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, with an honors in Corporate and Constitutional Laws.

His academic and professional life has been dominated by a plethora of public speaking activities including Moots, Debates and MUN for the last eight years.

He was also adjudged as the Finalist of the World Rounds in the International Moot Court Competition on Space Law held in Sydney, Australia in 2015. In second year of law he qualified for the finals for RML-NLU Media Law National Moot Court Competition.

He is constantly invited to judge moot court competition by various universities in Delhi-NCR.

To his credit he also has an educational initiative founded by him during his college days to conduct workshops for mooting, MUN Training, Parliamentary Debates training, organising National and International MUN’s and public speaking events in colleges and universities. He is known as one of the most engaging speaker in the MUN and Moot circuit of the country and has been part of more than 50 Model UN Conferences as a judge during his graduation and even during his practice as a lawyer.
